Is Your Website Safe And Secure?

Yes.  We have a secure website in place.  All details submitted to us are sent and verified using the most up to date secure encryption technology ensuring your peace and mind.

 

Can You Guarantee All Your Items Are Genuine?

Yes, 110%.  All our items are sourced direct from the respective manufacturers.  They come fully retail packaged with safety seals in place.  

 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We offer a wide range of payment methods to tailor to our customers needs.  We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Switch, Discover, American Express, Solo, MasterCard), Paypal and cheque/ postal orders.  All credit/debit card transactions are dealt with securely using the most recent encryption software.

 

Cheques are only accepted in Sterling (£)

Important: 

If paying by cheque or postal order, you must still sign up for an account with us and indicate that you wish to pay via this method at the payment option page.  This is to ensure your order is on our system and to avoid any delays in your receiving your item.

 

What Will Show On My Credit Card Statement?

All oders made via credit or debit card will show as our holding name, M P Trading, on monthly billing statements.  This is for your complete discretion so there is no reference to what or where you have purchased.

How Fast Will I get My Order?

Credit & debit card/ Paypal and Postal Order orders will be dispatched within two working days.  Our system will keep you updated on your order status.

Orders paid via either a postal cheque or PayPal eCheque will be dispatched on clearance of funds from your bank account (this can take between 5-10days).

 

What Postage Service Do You Use?

All items are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.  Items are usually received the following day but this varies depending on Royal Mail.  Proof of postage is obtained for ALL orders.

 

Some of our items are too large to fit through standard letterboxes so if you are not at home on the day of delivery then the postman will leave a card (shown below) detailing where you can pick your item up from or how to re-arrange a delivery at a time convenient to you.

 

 

 

 

 

What Does Your Postage Cost?

We have a standard charge of £3.99 per order.  This means whether you buy 1 item or 10 items your postage cost will be just £3.99  We can deliver to any preferred address be it home or work - just fill out the relevant address on the shipping address form.

 

Will Anyone Know What I've Ordered?

All items are sent out in plain brown jiffy bags as shown below. Orders are sent out totally unbranded and have no mention of our company name or the contents anywhere.  All that will be on your envelope will be your address and our return address.

 

 

 

Credit/ debit card statements will have no reference to the website. 

 

 

Do You Have A Returns Policy?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer customers

two refund options:

 

1) You can return any unopened product(s) within 30 days of your initial date of purchase for a full refund (minus postage costs). 

 

2) You can return any opened/ used products and you will be refunded on a pro - rata basis (minus postage costs) I.e. You will be refunded on the quantity of product sent back to us and charged for what you have used.

Postage costs are not refundable.  All items MUST be returned via recorded mail and the buyer must email us with the tracking code.  No refund can be issued on returned items going missing in the post without any recorded proof of delivery. 

The buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred posting products back to us.

I have been contacted by Discretely Yours payment team to confirm my identity, what should I do next?

Unfortunately, due to the increasing amount of credit card fraud occuring online, we sometimes need to confirm your identity and verify you are actually the registered card holder of the credit/debit card used to place your order.  Our payments system notifies us of "At Risk" payments and before we can process these orders we are obliged to get in contact with you to supply further information to us. 

Please do not be offended as these measures are in place to protect you, as our customer, and to make your whole shopping experience safer.  If we receive confirmation back from you within normal business hours your order will still be processed that same day. 

 

 

 

Do You Always Have The Products In Stock?

Most Likely, but sometime inevitably some items will not be in stock.  When an item is not in stock, you will be notified both in your shopping cart and on checkout that the item is temporarily out of

stock.

 

We display the expected dates for all our new in stock products at the bottom of the home page under "Upcoming Products".

Do You have any terms and conditions?

Yes.  We have policies and disclaimers that any person creating an account with or placing an order from us must have read and agreed to.  This can be found by clicking on the 'Terms and Conditions' link to your left under the Information section.

 

Before your order can be processed at checkout, you will be prompted to state that you have read and agreed with our policies and disclaimers and that you are over 18 years of age.
